I am booking a small-group walking tour for adults 18 and older. The tour takes place outdoors in Uptown Sedona and involves walking and standing on public sidewalks and other pedestrian areas.

I understand that the tour includes ordinary risks that cannot be removed, including uneven or slippery walking surfaces such as broken or irregular pavement, cobblestone, tile, curbs, steps, and exposed tree roots, as well as weather, sun, traffic, other people, wildlife, and the condition of public places. I am responsible for my own readiness. I have no condition that makes this tour unsafe for me or for others, or I have told the guide about it.

I choose to take part anyway. To the fullest extent allowed by Arizona law, I release and hold harmless St. Denis Ventures, LLC, St. Denis Signature Tours, and their owners, employees, and agents from claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from the tour, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I confirm that every guest on this booking is 18 or older. I have read the Terms and Conditions. I have had a chance to ask questions. I agree to this Acknowledgment of my own free will.
