We offer small-group interpretive tours for two to six guests.

Please review your selected tour's description for details about its duration, itinerary, transportation, and physical requirements.

Tours are generally shared experiences. A private tour may be reserved by booking all six places before any other reservations have been made for that departure. Private tours are priced for six guests, regardless of the number attending, and follow our regular itineraries. We do not offer customized tours.

We may adjust routes, stops, or timing when weather, safety, access, or other circumstances require it.

Tours are for adults 18 and older and are conducted in English. Please read the description of your selected tour before booking, and review the FAQs for information about physical requirements.

We do not provide physical assistance or language translation. You are responsible for determining whether the tour is appropriate for each person in your party. If you have a health concern about participating, please consult your physician before booking.

By booking, you confirm that everyone in your party:

• is 18 or older

• has reviewed the information provided and can meet the physical requirements of the selected tour

• does not have a condition that would create a safety risk during the tour

• will tell us promptly if that changes before the tour date

Service animals, as defined under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or Arizona law, including dogs trained to assist persons with disabilities with work or tasks, are welcome on tours. Please tell us before the tour if you will be accompanied by a service animal so that we can evaluate and make reasonable accommodations and coordinate with any participating venues so we can make appropriate arrangements. Emotional support, comfort, therapy, and companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA or Arizona law and are not permitted on tours. We reserve the right to exclude service animals pursuant to the ADA and Arizona law for qualifying reasons including if the animal is out of control or not housebroken.

A booking is confirmed when you complete the booking process, provide a valid card to be kept on file, and accept these Terms. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Once the two-guest minimum has been met, we will charge the card on file approximately 48 hours before the scheduled start time. For bookings made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, we will charge the card once the two-guest minimum has been met.

Bookings close 12 hours before the scheduled start time. If the two-guest minimum has not been met by that time, we will offer the guest the opportunity to move their reservation to another available date or cancel the tour without charge.

Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable if canceled by the guest. This does not apply when we cancel the tour.

You may cancel or reschedule without charge until 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If payment has already been collected, you will receive a full refund. Within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, guest-initiated cancellations are non-refundable, and reservations may not be rescheduled.

If we must cancel a tour, including because the two-guest minimum has not been met, you will not be charged. If the minimum has not been met, we may offer you the opportunity to move your reservation to another available date. If payment has already been collected, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for other costs you may have incurred, such as lodging or airfare.

If the tour cannot run because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, wildfire, road closures, government orders, public health emergencies, or similar events), we will notify you as soon as we can. You will not be charged. If payment has already been collected, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for your other costs.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It may cover trip interruption, medical costs, and related expenses. If you do not buy it, those costs remain yours.

Wear clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather and the requirements of your selected tour. Treat the guides, other guests, and the places we visit with courtesy.

We may end a guest’s participation in the tour without refund if that person cannot meet the safety requirements of the tour, ignores instructions, or disrupts the group.

If your tour includes lunch, please tell us in advance about any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate that information to the restaurant, but we do not own or operate the restaurant and cannot guarantee that dietary requests can be met or that food will be free of allergens. You are responsible for deciding whether the food is appropriate for you.

Some parts of the tour involve third parties or locations we do not control, such as restaurants, parks, chapels, and other public places. We are not responsible for their actions, omissions, closures, availability, or conditions.

Additionally, we are not responsible for the actions or conduct of other guests.

We may occasionally take photographs or short video for our own records or marketing. If you prefer not to appear in any images or videos, please tell us at the beginning of the day and we will respect your request. You agree that St. Denis Signature Tours may use any photographic or video records of your tour for promotional and/or commercial purposes, as well as approve such use by third parties with whom St. Denis Signature Tours may engage in joint marketing, without any remuneration to you. You assign to St. Denis Signature Tours all right, title, and interest you may have in or to any and all media in which your name or likeness might appear.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute relating to a tour conducted in Arizona will be resolved in the courts of Arizona. Any dispute relating to a tour conducted in Maine will be resolved in the courts of Maine.
