St. Denis Signature Tours offers small-group interpretive experiences limited to a maximum of six guests. Tours travel on paved roads and involve only short walks on pavement or well-maintained gravel paths. There is no hiking or off-road travel.
The experience is shared rather than private. We do not offer customized itineraries. The focus is on a slower pace, attentive looking, and the possibility of a shift in perspective. We do not guarantee any particular personal insight or outcome.
-
The tour is designed for adults and older teens who are comfortable with a reflective pace and fluent English. It is not well suited to young children or to guests who would require frequent translation. By booking, you confirm that all members of your party meet these general expectations.
-
A booking is confirmed only when we have received full payment (or a deposit if one is offered) and you have accepted these Terms. Prices are all-inclusive of transportation during the tour from the designated pick-up and drop-off point, guiding, lunch, and applicable fees, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
-
Guests may cancel a confirmed tour reservation 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Date transfers requested by the guest are considered on a case-by-case basis when space is available and are subject to the same cancellation timelines once a new date is confirmed.
-
If we must cancel a tour for operational reasons, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us. We are not responsible for other costs you may have incurred (lodging, airfare, etc.).
-
If the tour cannot take place because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, wildfire, road closures, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or similar events, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and provide a full refund of the tour price paid to us. We are not liable for any additional expenses you may have incurred.
-
You are responsible for your own readiness to participate. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the season and bring any personal items you need. We expect all guests to treat one another, the guides, and the places we visit with courtesy and respect so that the quiet character of the day can be maintained for the whole group.
-
While the physical demands of the tour are modest, all outdoor and travel activities carry some inherent risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these ordinary risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, St. Denis Signature Tours, its owners, and its agents are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the tour.
-
We may occasionally take photographs or short video for our own records or marketing. If you prefer not to appear in any images, please tell us at the beginning of the day and we will respect your request.
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
