I am booking a small-group driving tour for adults 18 and older. We travel on paved roads and make short walks on pavement or well-maintained paths. We board and leave the vehicle several times and stand at overlooks and other stops. The vehicle is not wheelchair accessible.

I understand that the tour includes ordinary risks that cannot be removed, including risks associated with riding in or entering and exiting a motor vehicle; vehicle collisions, sudden stops, turns, acceleration, braking, road hazards, and adverse driving conditions; standing and walking near cliffs, at overlooks, and at other places with steep drop-offs or uneven terrain; uneven, cracked, irregular, slippery, or obstructed walking surfaces; pavement, cobblestone, tile, curbs, steps, and exposed tree roots; weather conditions, heat, sun exposure, and dehydration; vehicle traffic; the actions and health of other people, including other guests; pets and service animals; wildlife; and the condition of public and private places not owned, operated, or controlled by St. Denis Signature Tours. I am responsible for my own safety and agree to comply with all laws applicable to pedestrians, including crossing roads only at marked crosswalks. I understand that these and other conditions may result in injury, illness, property damage, or other loss.

I am physically able to participate in the tour and will exercise reasonable care for my own safety. I will follow the guide's instructions and have disclosed any condition that could make this tour unsafe for me or for others, or I have told the guide about it.

The tour may include visits to third-party restaurants or other establishments which will serve me food and/or beverages. I understand that St. Denis Ventures, LLC, doing business as St. Denis Signature Tours, does not prepare or control the food or beverages served by any such restaurants or other establishments. I am responsible for managing my own dietary restrictions, allergies, and food- or beverage-related decisions, and I agree to notify St. Denis Signature Tours in advance of any special dietary preferences, restrictions, or allergies. I understand that St. Denis Signature Tours cannot guarantee the availability of any particular food or beverage accommodations requested and that I am solely responsible for determining whether to consume any food or beverage offered to me. I voluntarily assume the risks associated with consuming food and beverages during the tour, including but not limited to allergic reactions, food sensitivities, choking, and food-borne illness.

I understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the tour, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to the risks described in this Acknowledgment. I choose to take part anyway. To the fullest extent allowed by Arizona law, I release and hold harmless St. Denis Ventures, LLC, doing business as St. Denis Signature Tours, and its members, managers, contractors, employees, and agents from claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from the tour, including claims based on ordinary negligence, and I agree not to bring or maintain any claim covered by this release. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We may take photos or short videos during the tour to document the experience and share on our website, social media, or in print materials. If you do not want to appear, please tell us and we will honor your request. Unless you tell us otherwise, you give us permission to use photos or videos from the tour in which you appear, without payment.

This Acknowledgment is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Arizona. If any provision of this Acknowledgment is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. I have read and understand this Acknowledgment and the Terms and Conditions. I have had a chance to ask questions. I agree to this Acknowledgment of my own free will.
