Acknowledgment of Risk and Release

St. Denis Ventures, LLC d/b/a St. Denis Signature Tours

I am booking a small-group driving tour for adults 18 and older. We travel on paved roads and make short walks on pavement or well-maintained paths. We board and leave the vehicle several times and stand at overlooks and other stops. The vehicle is not wheelchair accessible.

I understand that the day includes ordinary risks that cannot be removed, including uneven ground, weather, sun, traffic, other people, wildlife, the condition of public places, and the limits of any vehicle or restaurant. I am responsible for my own readiness. I have no condition that makes this day unsafe for me or for others, or I have told the guides about it.

I choose to take part anyway. To the fullest extent allowed by Arizona law, I release and hold harmless St. Denis Ventures, LLC, St. Denis Signature Tours, and their owners, employees, and agents from claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from the tour, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I also understand that lunch and some stops are run by other people. The company is not responsible for their acts.

I confirm that every guest on this booking is 18 or older. I have read the Terms and Conditions. I have had a chance to ask questions. I agree to this Acknowledgment of my own free will.
